Insurance may cover full or partial services depending on your Health Insurance Plan. It is important to call the Customer Service Number on the back of your insurance card and verify the following questions:

• Do I have behavioral health benefits through my health insurance plan?

• How many therapy sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is my deductible, and how much of my deductible has been met?

• Is my primary care physician required to approve behavioral health services?

• How much will my insurance plan cover for an out-of network provider?

• What is my co-pay for behavioral health sessions (CPT Code: 90837)?

• Does my plan cover Group Therapy Sessions?

• Does my plan cover Telehealth/Video Therapy Sessions?

• Does my plan cover In-Home Therapy Sessions?

If TRH Counseling Services is not in-network with your insurance provider or if you prefer to self pay, rates will be sent upon request.
